Help Us to Reach More Hurting People
July 13, 2021 Update
Dear RHM Friends,
Greetings in the Name of our Precious Lord JESUS.
Two main things that are in my heart to share with you: 1. Time is short! Time to reach out; time to make a difference; time to fulfill His call.
But we are asking the Lord that no matter what the enemy is doing in these last days, He will continue to do financial miracles so that we can reach out to the poor, all the way to the day in which He chooses to take us out of this evil world. For those of you who have been praying and supporting this ministry over the years, you can observe that RHM is a ministry of helping the needy and broken with physical needs. But the main emphasis and purpose of the help is NOT to relieve their physical suffering, although that is important! The main purpose for the help is that the Christ in us, the Christ working through us would draw them near unto Himself. And ultimately, to help them become faithful unto the end.
"And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved." Matthew 24:12-13
2. Helping children with their educational needs. We're estimating that we need another approximately $4,000 to cover the school fees, transportation, books, exam fees, etc. of the 15-20 children whom we're committed to helping with educational needs. Some are small children, some older and in college. Of the 3 who are in college, or about to go into college, one is in an engineering college, and 2 are going into nursing. Pray about participating with us in the lives of these precious children.
Thank you always for your love, prayers and support! Scroll down to see some of what the Lord is doing through your giving & prayers. Bless you.

ABOVE: The girl's name is Shiny, and the boy (2nd from right) is her brother Kethan. Their mother is a teacher, and the father is handicapped, so unable to work. A grandmother is also in the home, and the mother isn't able to provide for all 5 family members. We're helping the children with their education (about $650 or more a year). The other 2 men are from "Aradhana TV" and were in Shiny & Kethan's home to give them prizes for doing well in a Bible quiz.

ABOVE: The girl in the middle is Blessy, who just finished her 12th grade. She's hasn't completely decided what kind of college she hopes to attend, but it will likely be nursing, a 4 year course. We're hoping in the Lord to help us cover all the fees. Her grandmother (one of our widows) and aunt are in the photo, whom she lives with.

ABOVE: This is Leah and Linu. Leah (on the right) is also hoping to go into nursing. RHM hopes to be one of her sponsors, as the college she might be attending is in a location of India where fees are considerably higher. She's one of 6 children of a Brother who was released from prison less than 2 years ago, one of 7 Christian men unjustly blamed for killing a priest. We asked you to pray for them many times.

ABOVE: The girl on the right is Susmitha, who helps RHM with putting videos onto YouTube, and then onto the RHM website blog. She's in an engineering college in Chirala (they're in a computer class in this photo), RHM covering her fees for this 2 year course. Pray for her and the girl next to her, Srinija, who lost her father to Covid a few months ago.

ABOVE: World Challenge is working through RHM to help 55 families who have been somehow affected by Covid, with food during the months of June and July. WC provides the funds, and RHM does the leg work. We can call this the Adam family, as the Brother on the left is Adam, a carpenter. He hasn't had much work during this latest wave of Covid in India. His wife is on the right. He son (middle) has polio and isn't able to work much, his wife and 2 daughters near him.

ABOVE: This sister's name is Jenny Grace. Because of her conversion and subsequent love for the Lord, her husband and 2 children (both married) don't want anything to do with her. She is currently staying with her father. She and her father are one of the 55 families assisted. She does "field work" (agricultural labor) when she can.

ABOVE: I believe this is Ramulamma from Betapudi. WC also provided Covid food relief for all 161 of our widows & elderly for June and July. We are so thankful to be able to help them with some extra food during this time in their lives. PTL!

ABOVE: This is our Brother John from Subba Reddy Colony, part of the widows & elderly ministry. He has been in very bad health over the last year or more. Very good to see him able to come to the church again. Please pray for him and his wife Leelamma. He has a very tender heart for the Lord; I've seen him several times weeping as he prays and is seeking Him. |

ABOVE: Every month, RHM is giving extra food and cooking items to at least 30 needy families. This is a very poor family in a tribal village. The grandmother on the left had a very deep wound because of diabetes recently, but we praise GOD that it is doing much better now. All these children belong to her daughter on the right, her and her husband both alcoholics, so not taking very good care of these little ones. The grandmother and her other daughter have both come to the Lord and are prayerful women.

ABOVE: Happy children in KB Palem watching Bro. Bhaskara Rao telling a story with a large puppet. Pray for this village, as it is a very dark place spiritually. There has been regular children's ministry going on here for about 8 or 9 years, but the main problem is with the adults. As the children grow, once they reach about 11 or 12 years old, they typically lose interest and drop off, or made to stop by their elders. The adults are much more interested in preserving their culture than helping the children to have an education (most of them cannot read or write, although there is a free government/public school very near to them). Same with the children's spiritual lives; it seems the adults are fearful that the children will begin to desire something outside of their migrating and immoral culture. Praying for a breakthrough.

ABOVE: RHM does not have any part in this ministry, but there is a ministry family near this tribal village which has asked me several times to pray about reaching out to this roadside village. They are truly needy, and without electricity, but we need an enlargement of funds before trying to take on new projects. Trusting in Him!
